Pinned

I got to pin my first bugs today. I got the pins for Christmas so that I could get my bugs out of the freezer and pin them. Unfortunately while I was waiting for the Monarchs to sit on the spreading board I forgot to put any moth balls around them to keep other bugs from eating them, so they are little eaten around the edges.

My Black Witch moth is missing it's antenna because we kept moving the jar it was in around the freezer to make room for groceries. Won't do that again.

I'm thinking about building a little shed in the back of the house for me to work on my bugs, but my bug partner says I can have some room in the garage.
